Experience the start of milk’s journey to the supermarket shelf. This guided tour of our working dairy farm explores the crops we grow, how we look after our animals and wildlife, methods of milking and the farmer’s job.
A tour of our working dairy farm will provide your students with an insight into the inputs, and outputs, processes and conflicts which occur in primary businesses such as Holyfield Hall Farm. Alongside this they’ll be able to get a real life picture of where their dairy and arable products come from and how they’re helping to protect the environment.
